Tips of The Wave...
Michael has been leading product development efforts with an intentional focus on customer experience (CX) since 2002 where he worked at Corporate Express prior to joining the Global Health Care Exchange (GHX) in 2013. During his 20-year career as a Product Management leader, Michael has worked tirelessly to ensure the delight of internal and external customers by including CX as a “North Star” in his decision making.
Michael also sits on the steering committee of a partnership between the Federal Reserve, the Business Payment Coalition and roughly 90 other small and large companies. The group of organizations are working together to promote greater adoption of electronic invoicing, improve customer experience and modernize B2B payments across the United States.
Michael grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago and attended Western Illinois University where he received his BS in Business Administration in 1996 prior to moving to Colorado in 2000. Michael, his wife Bonnie and three children Lucas, Megan, and Rachel, live in Broomfield, CO where he enjoys skiing and playing hockey.
